Altice USA is looking for a AR Billing Analyst to join our a4 organization! The AR Billing Analyst is responsible for an assigned portion of billing for the advertising sales and data division of Altice USA (A4 Advertising).
The ideal candidate is someone that can multitask and roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills are key, as meeting deadlines are imperative in this position.
This position requires a self-starter eager to develop in billing and establish strong relationships with employees and sales staff.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain knowledge of all billing software.
• Ensure all billing is completed by the scheduled close date and all deadlines are met.
• Ensure that invoices are accurate and supported by the businesses served.
• Run and review prebills for spot, impression and digital orders.
• Process Local & National Linear invoicing from Eclipse on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Process Local & National Digital invoicing from Sage on a monthly basis.
• Prepare invoicing to be sent to print vendor for mailing and posting to portal.
• Upload EDI files.
• Provide thorough, accurate and courteous service to the businesses served and the advertisers and agencies they sell to.
• Carry out all procedures for priority and specialized billing from the account executive.
• Contact the account executive for assistance on make good procedures for accounts.
• Identify billing and computer problems and notify management of any problems that require additional expertise.
• BA degree preferred.
• 2 years + experience in general accounting, billing and/or advertising.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish relationships and excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with other employees, sales staff, and multiple businesses.
• Basic accounting skills.
• A/R software environment a plus.
• Familiarity with automated systems and personal computer experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
