Position Description & Responsibilities:
Join our outside sales force, covering a dedicated territory. We'll provide comprehensive training for you to engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. Your role involves in-person meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, introducing them to industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions for their teams. You'll have the chance to collaborate with business owners, benefits managers, and employees on an individual basis, as well as conduct presentations for groups ranging from 50 to 100 . Core responsibilities include:

Responding to client inquiries via emails and calls

Scheduling follow-up meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs

Participating in scheduled calls and meetings with your sales team and manager

Personally visiting new businesses, referrals, and revisiting existing clients

Building and nurturing your own client portfolio

Collaborating with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets

Developing relationships with local business owners in your assigned territory

Crafting and adhering to your weekly working hours, submitted to your manager

Balancing proactive cold calls with warm lead follow-ups and client appointments

Providing daily updates on sales activities and metrics
