We are looking for a Channel Partner to manage relationships with our partners to drive sales and revenue. This person will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, managing the performance of our existing partners, and providing support for the team. We are looking for someone with experience working as a Channel Partner with extensive knowledge in the sales process and GTM initiatives.
A day in the life of our Channel Partner:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve our goals.
- Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align with channel efforts.
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue.
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product solution offerings.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and implement channel partner programs for training and marketing incentives.
- 5 years of experience in channel management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in software sales, channel management/sales, and account management at an enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) software company
- Extensive experience of sales techniques and strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce
