SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered

Minimum 24 months of current Med Sueg experience - REQUIRED

Certifications must be American Heart Association - REQUIRED

No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED

COVID vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED

Travel experience - Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

ACLS (AHA)

BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Arizona

Compact Allowed

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
