Overview
As the Sales Operations Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the frontline revenue teams to sell more efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to support commercial team pricing, reporting, and performance measurement.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related field.
- Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing systems, especially ones integrated with Salesforce.
- Hands on experience building a scalable GTM Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of supporting commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Sales and other key stakeholders: ex. Marketing, Product, Business Operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize deal structure, pricing, and contracting terms.
- Develop pricing and profitability models and analytics from gross sales through contribution margin.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide regular reporting to sales leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and maintain data integrity within our CRM system (Salesforce), including data cleansing and user management.
- Develop and implement a deal management process in Salesforce to ensure deals are tracked, updated, and closed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the sales compensation plans are accurately calculated and administered.
- Track sales performance against the compensation plans and provide regular reporting to sales leadership.
- Partner with Commercial teams on selling and marketing expense performance.
- Partner with Sales in building the company’s annual business plan.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to drive revenue growth.
- Support the Finance team on other projects and analyses as needed.
