Job Summary: Reporting to the President, Global Advisory, the Sr. Director, Offer Lead is passionate about building commercial products, leveraging data, and harnessing innovative technology to deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a Sr. Director, Offer Lead, you will shape and execute the strategy for our offers, driving success across multiple functions. Daily, you'll oversee market assessments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and transform ideas into market-leading products. Join us to make a significant impact and drive innovation! Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess market segments, penetration, adjacent markets, revenue growth opportunities, industry standards, and future trends. Translate these into strategy, roadmap, and action plans for AA software platforms/products. Define competitive landscape and identify potential build, buy, and partner opportunities to accelerate the roadmap. Ensure assigned offers deliver on quantitative and qualitative customer value promises. Gain a deep understanding of competitive markets and solutions. Manage offer roadmaps and program execution from concept to launch. Build Offer Definitions and collaborate with Offer Marketing and Commercialization teams on segmentation, messaging, positioning, and pricing. Establish and communicate timelines and resource needs for major initiatives. Serve as a cross-functional leader and point of contact with other teams and stakeholders. Build ongoing relationships with clients and industry partners to identify new business opportunities. Lead, manage, and scale a team of Offer Managers, including performance management and workload distribution. Key Qualifications: Bachelor in STEM, Finance or MBA is an asset 10 years of experience in product management with special focus on commercialization of products, solving business problems and analyzing data and 5 years of experience in functional leadership i.e. demonstrated ability to steer cross functional teams. Proven experience in developing and executing strategies for software platforms/products. Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience in managing product roadmaps and program execution from concept to launch. Knowledge of segmentation, messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies.
