MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree in accounting, finance and/or equivalent experience in an accounting-related field.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks and other accounting systems as required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly organized, efficient and able to multi-task. Must pass all pre-employment screenings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sort incoming bills and post to correct class/entity/company for payment.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
  • Maintain files and documentation of bills and payments (hard copies and electronically)
  • Participates in professional development to ensure best practices.
  • Supports group effort by handling additional tasks as directed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
