Our company is seeking a store manager who can assist in managing and operating a retail store.

Manager Job responsibilities:

· Manage the store and receive merchandise freight

· Process returns on any damaged merchandise freight

· Communicate with our purchasing and accounting department to update and report pending issues with merchandise and vendors

· Manage store personnel management

Skills:

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time unassisted

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and market share
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage store budget and expenses
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor stock levels and order merchandise as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Strong math skills for handling financial transactions and creating reports
- Administrative skills for managing paperwork, schedules, and employee records
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory, schedules, and staff members
