What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Administrator position at ALWS?
Looking for a Billing Administrator for Mexico Operations. The candidate will report to the Supervisor of Mexico Operations. This is a hybrid role and the candidate will work two days from the office (Tuesday and Thursday)
Candidate MUST be bi-lingual in Spanish.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Process all License and Title payment transactions
· Responsible for processing of sales in used vehicle system
· Process insurance payments
· Understanding of ARI and ARIZA’s processes and requirements, and Mexico’s fiscal requirements.
· Monitors workflow and acts as a short term back up to administrators or fellow support coordinators' duties.
· Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
· Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently in a team environment.
· Research and problem solving skills.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
