Position Responsibilities
- Preparing and Disseminating Offer Letters : Welcoming new hires begins with issuing offer letters that set the stage for their Alyeska journey.
- Processing Onboarding Paperwork : Your role includes launching and processing employees through the UKG Onboarding module, getting them set up in UKG, validating information, and processing necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Facilitating New Hire Orientation : You'll help organize and lead orientation sessions, ensuring our new teammates start with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Connecting New Hires with Perks and Benefits : Share the excitement of our employee perks and benefits, helping new hires unlock their full Alyeska experience.
- Preparing Employee Badges, Name Tags, and More : Help prepare personalized materials and resources to make our new team members feel special.
- Assisting J1 Visa Participants : Provide essential guidance and support to J1 Work and Travel participants as they transition to Alyeska Resort.
- Supporting P&C Office Management : You are the face of the People & Culture Office. You are key in delivering positive customer service to our employees by staffing front desk operations, maintaining office organization, and managing P&C email and phone lines.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
