AM LLC has an immediate opening for full-time Operation Program Coordinator to support COVID-19 response programming in the Suffolk, VA School District. Candidates will work 50% remotely from home and 50% on-site throughout the School District.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and evaluation of project public health programs
- Partner with Operations Manager to evaluate quality assurance of complex projects and modify goals as appropriate
- Evaluates and recommends program policies, procedures and operational changes
- Accept and receive direction from implementation team, programs, operations and clinical managers to create workflows and standardization across all corporate service lines
- Maintain databases and digital libraries
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
- Establish and maintain regular contacts with program stakeholders and explain policies, procedures and program requirements to the general public
- Assist with program administrative processes like scheduling, invoicing and onboarding of staff
- Implement and oversee the launch of technologies and tech platforms
- Upkeeps online tools like Google Drive or Microsoft Teams
Educational and Professional Requirements:
Master’s degree in public health strongly preferred, bachelors degree required- 2-3 years of training experience in a healthcare field, preferably in a start-up environment
- 2 years experience planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs
General Requirements:
- Experience within a start up for fast growth environment
- Proficiency in using Google Suite
- Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Critical thinking and sound judgment required
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with computers
