We have an immediate opening for an energetic, passionate & experienced Full Time Professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst.
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting Supply Chain cross-functional initiatives, projects, process improvement, system enhancements and business analytics and root cause. In addition, the analyst will analyze data and processes to predict and/or improve services, processes, or costs, provided recommendations on findings. This position will have customer facing and senior leadership facing interactions, requiring strong interpersonal skills.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience working in Supply Chain or DC Operations field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to manage small to medium projects as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with analytical and interpretative skills are a must
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work, seek input and multitask
- Analytical skills, solid general business acumen and detail-oriented are also required
- Strong time management skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
POSITION OUTCOMES/DELIVERABLES:
- Utilize reporting and analytics to help the supply chain business and make data driven decisions
- Support DC Operations and Logistics to ensure a streamlined business is functioning and meeting SLA's
- Manage Vendor Compliance to drive change within the supply chain
- Ensure project implementations are supported and business teams are trained
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Supply Chain team with reporting and analysis

Manage Supply Chain Reporting with key business partners
- Review daily/weekly reports for SLA issues. Resolve issues with partners and escalate as needed to management.
- Analyze data to determine areas for performance improvement and cost reduction
- Gather requirements for new reports or enhancements to existing reports
- Partner with IT to build and maintain internal Supply Chain reports and dashboards
- Own email distribution lists and Supply Chain Reporting Matrix

Manage Supply Chain Reporting with key business partners

Complete Daily ECOM Order Audits
- Own follow up with Geodis, SFS, Drop Ship Vendor for aged orders
- Partner with IT for orders that are aged due to integration issues

Vendor Management and Support

Provide daily support to 3PL for DC and Logistics issues
- Liaison with the DC Operations team and internal business partners to resolve all open issues (Over/Short, Missing ASNs)
- Manage Special Projects with DC (RTVs, re-tickets, GWP)
- Own issue escalation and follow up with AMRG and 3PL IT
- Provide regular status updates and communication to business teams for issues involving DC Operations and Logistics

Provide daily support to 3PL for DC and Logistics issues

Partner with AMRG and DC IT during project implementations and implementing changes
- Provide training and communication for business teams
- Support technical teams during requirements gathering and definition of business use cases
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for DC Operations and Logistics function

Vendor Compliance

Manage vendor compliance program for AMRG
- Maintain and update Vendor Guidelines and Vendor SharePoint site
- Partner with DC to develop and enhance vendor compliance reporting
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting and escalation to leadership and GIII

Manage vendor compliance program for AMRG

Manage documentation for Supply Chain
- Ensure all SOP documents are up to date for DC and team
- Update SOPs as needed to account for process updates and systems changes
- Provide day to day support to Supply Chain Technicians
