Amalfi Jets Inc. is a leading global private jet charter provide headquartered in Agoura Hills, CA and providing flights globally across 170 countries. We operate on the mantra of providing an experience that resonates "pure excellence & elegance" on every occasion. Since our founding in 2020, we've consistently doubled our revenue YoY and recently launched the Amalfi Jets App and our building our proprietary software, "Atlas" to streamline our internal operations.


Job Role:

As the Marketing Director, you will report directly to the CEO of Amalfi Jets and will be responsible for handling all marketing initiatives and strategy. You will work alongside a Marketing Associate, who will report to you, while also leading a team of 2-3 in-office interns to assist with various aspects of your position. This position will be in charge of organizing our current efforts across social media, email marketing, physical events, and various other internal strategies. You will establish monthly KPIs and OKRs and work with your team to hit attainment each month.


Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, In-office in Westlake Village, CA (Hybrid or remote work not permitted)

Future & Ongoing Priorities:

  • Drive Member Growth & Subscription Members to the Amalfi Jets App
  • Organize our inbound lead flow through various channels to our sales team
  • Create internal organization systems and graphical dashboards
  • Further establish Amalfi Jets as the industry leader


Current Marketing Channels You'll Manage:

  • Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Press (Press Releases, Public Relations)
  • Website (Custom Webflow website)
  • Amalfi Jets App (UI,UX, Push Notifications)
  • Email Marketing (HubSpot Email Marketing Campaigns)
  • In-Person Events (Event Coordination, Planning)
  • SMS Texting Campaigns (Plan to launch)


Responsibilities/Roles:

  • Establish monthly marketing strategy and execution plans based on Company's Goals
  • Organize all social media content and schedule
  • Establish, create, and schedule monthly email marketing campaigns to various lists
  • Create member growth plans for the Amalfi Jets App and schedule proper campaigns
  • Reorganize current campaigns to maximize efficiency and scale
  • Lead a Marketing Assistant and 2-3 Marketing Interns to help you achieve your task


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Relevant Field
  • 2 years of previous marketing experience in a full-time role
  • Creative mind looking to bring new ideas and push yourself


Compensation:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD per year.

  • Other rewards/compensation may include annual bonuses, short and long term incentives, and additional benefits through our firm.
