Amazing Apartment Locators $50,000-$120,000 per year

The Amazing Brokerage is a full-service real estate brokerage working with apartments, residential, and commercial real estate.

We seek highly motivated, incredibly efficient apartment locators to work daily with our CEO to build our Brokerage.

You will be trained daily, and given an influx of leads per day.

Responsibilities for Amazing Apartment Locator

  • Handle all new and incoming leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate with all clients to schedule tours
  • Coordinate and schedule tours
  • Check application criteria with each client
  • Book Tours and confirm with all clients the tour is scheduled.

  • Coordinate all client applications & offers

Qualifications for Amazing Apartment Locator

  • Massive attention to detail
  • Highly efficient, working quickly but carefully
  • Computer skills of Hubspot, Word, Adobe, Excel, KV Core, Zapier, Zipforms
  • Social media marketing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers & real estate agents
  • Ability to handle a volume of clients at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently but also follow the instruction of lead real estate agents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience level:

  • No experience needed

Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
