Looking for a motivated hard driven Medical office Manager with 3 years experience for a fastest growing Chiropractic/Medical practice with 5 locations all over Jacksonville. Must be a team player and fully responsible. Duties include.
- Monitor budget and billing payments.
- Order medical and office supplies.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Supervise office staff, including receptionists, secretaries and cashiers.
- Maintain medical and staff records.
- Liaise with doctors and nurses to identify potential office dysfunctions.
- Posting Assignment of employees which locations they need to go.
- Fire and hire employees.
- Coordinating with back office manager on extra tasks.

- Spanish Bilingual is a plus.
