What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Office Manager position at Amazing Spine Care?

Looking for a motivated hard driven Medical office Manager with 3 years experience for a fastest growing Chiropractic/Medical practice with 5 locations all over Jacksonville. Must be a team player and fully responsible. Duties include.

  • Monitor budget and billing payments.
  • Order medical and office supplies.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Supervise office staff, including receptionists, secretaries and cashiers.
  • Maintain medical and staff records.
  • Liaise with doctors and nurses to identify potential office dysfunctions.
  • Posting Assignment of employees which locations they need to go.
  • Fire and hire employees.
  • Coordinating with back office manager on extra tasks.
  • This job comes with full benefits such as health insurance, 401k plan, paid vacation and monthly team performance bonuses.
  • Spanish Bilingual is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
