Job summary
Work hard, have fun and make history with Amazon’s legal team! We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to provide administrative and other assistance to the legal team supporting Ring, Blink, and other Amazon products and services. As a Legal Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, helping us support our dynamic devices and related services businesses.

Key job responsibilities
  • Draft correspondence
  • Coordinate agreement approvals and execution
  • Track documents and maintain status reports
  • Perform general office tasks (such as meeting coordination, calendaring, budget tracking), and coordinate other legal and administrative matters with the business groups
  • Manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance
  • React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
  • Take effective action without having to know the total picture
  • Think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups
  • Pay great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company
  • BA/BS degree
  • Legal administrative experience
  • Experience managing a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
  • Strong desire and aptitude for process improvements
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Client-service oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
