• 10 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 10 years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner

Amazon’s Retail Operations and Initiatives team seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Principal Product Manager to lead our North American Stores Free Cash Flow program. The seasoned product leader will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive cost out of our business operations by influencing and driving change across a diverse group of stakeholders, and improving processes that impact vendors, to scale with high business growth. This leader will balance strategic vision and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, leverage data and anecdotes to develop strategies, and be able to influence others through data driven decisions.

The Principal Product Manager of Free Cash Flow will develop feedback mechanisms, work with partner teams to help design solutions, and create frameworks to establish priorities. This role requires a leader who marries a deep understanding of business operations and is able to use data to establish strategy. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and influencing skills and uses data to guide their decision-making.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
