AIMS Logistics LLC, Amazon Delivery Service partner (DSP). DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We are looking for (Full-time and Part-Time) delivery driver positions in Holyoke, MA. We are seeking a punctual, reliable, customer-obsessed delivery associate to join our team as a Delivery Associate. As a DSP delivery associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers homes and business at different locations in a timely and efficient manner using company provided cargo van. This is a performance-based job, meaning your pay and opportunities for advancement will be based on your ability to meet or exceed our performance standards. You must be able to work weekends and holidays, as we operate 7 days a week, 360 days a year.
- Starting $18.50/hour
- No CDL or prior experience required
- No Marijuana/THC Testing
- Shift is approximately 8-10 hours a day
- Shift Start time: 11:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a cargo van to deliver packages to customers
- Work in all weather conditions
- Move and lift packages of up to 50 pounds
- Operate GPS and smartphone applications
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized cargo van
- Meet or exceed our performance standards
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift
- Must be physically able to handle fast-paced walking, lifting, bending and stooping
- Help another drivers as directed
- Must follow all traffic laws and safety precautions, while operating a company vehicle
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum age requirement of 21 with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Punctuality and reliability are critical
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with no major at-fault collisions within the previous 7 years
- Ability to move and lift packages of up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable driving a cargo van
- Must be able to operate GPS and smartphone applications
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
