Running with Lions Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking team players to deliver Amazon packages. Our hiring flow is designed to streamline the onboarding process and get you working in 7 days or less.
We are looking to immediately fill Full time positions as well as Part time. Our brand new, state of the art warehouse is located in Poway, and our delivery area covers most of San Diego County to the East of the 15 freeway.
Compensation & Benefits:
We are a Family that is equally DRIVER OBSESSED as we are CUSTOMER OBSESSED
Starting at $18.50/hour with regular performance reviews and opportunity for increases every six months from the start date.
Our drivers average between 3 and 6 hours of OT per week, paying out at $27.75 an hour.

Job Description:**
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Operating a mid-size van which we provide for you
You will receive paid training and continual support to grow as a delivery driver
As a Delivery Associate, you will work closely with your fellow team members to ensure all packages, large and small, are delivered on time and in a professional manner.
Qualifications:**
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a clean driving record
Willing to undergo a drug screen - NOT including marijuana
Able to lift 50 Lbs above head, kneel, squat
Delivery Driver experience preferred but not required
Must work one weekend day
Must know how to use Smartphone (multiple apps used to perform day to day responsibilities)
