- 5 years of partner management, product management and/or business development experience in the technology/cloud services industry.
- Experience building ecosystem technology partnerships within Analytics.
- 5 years of enterprise technology experience driving large scale solutions, preferably working in or managing complex ISV partner relationships.
Responsibilities will include managing strategic relationships with our key Analytics partners and driving C-level, Product Team, Marketing, Field and Channel relationships. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and driving partner plans with each assigned partner, you will be responsible for increasing top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of these ISV solutions running on AWS. You will possess both a partner background that enables you to drive successful partnerships, experience engaging at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers and AWS sales/field reps. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and be able to build and convey compelling value propositions. The position also requires a strong technical acumen, along with working knowledge of the Data and Analytics technology and consulting services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a select group of new and existing strategic analytics partnerships, to include defining and executing joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs.
- Serve as a key member of the Partner and Business Development teams in helping to deliver the overall Analytics partner strategy.
- Engage assigned partners technology leadership, field sales organization, channels and end customers to create and drive joint revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the partner and their customer base to ensure they are successful using AWS Analytics services.
- Create a global partner development plan for assigned partners, in line with the AWS Analytics strategy, to manage and track the progress of each partner and achievement against partnership goals.
- Set and manage targets and work with the partner and AWS BD/sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
- Manage and support the closing of a pipeline of customer opportunities associated with assigned partners in collaboration with AWS field sales and partner teams
- Work with the Analytics partner and segment team to execute the strategic business plan by engaging key AWS internal stakeholders (e.g. solutions architects, services teams, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.).
- Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud computing platform across all product and service lines.
- Understand the technical requirements of the assigned partners and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings and joint partner solutions.
- Work with CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.
- Prepare and lead business reviews to senior management teams at the partner and AWS.
- Manage complex contract negotiations with the partner, and serve as a liaison with other teams at AWS including legal.

- MBA
- Prior knowledge of AWS and infrastructure technologies, services, and standards.
- Verbal and written communications skills are desired, as well as experience working across internal and external organizations and stakeholders.
- Computer Science background.
- Experience working on analytics projects or services.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute joint solution and GTM strategies and tactical plans.
- Technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive analytics technologies as well as Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Ability to take on a greenfield partner and jointly deliver a get-to-market strategy.
