The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. - Drive product launches including working with feature/delivery teams across a large organization, GTM, and executives
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of technical program management experience
- Experience in hands-on work managing complex technology projects
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
