About the Role:
We are looking for a Program Manager on the Talent Development team to manage and facilitate leadership and talent programs. You know Human Resources with a focus on talent programs and how to design adult learning programs.
You will partner with a broad spectrum of colleagues including People Partners, leaders, and the business to build and deliver talent programs to help our employees grow, and amplify our culture of belonging at Twitch. You are a facilitator, learning designer, and program manager.
You'll report to the VP of People BrandEx, Talent and IDEB and work with a team of program managers on Talent Development.
You can work in San Francisco, CA, or remotely in California, Washington, New York, Colorado, or Utah.
You Will:
• Manage end-to-end talent development programs for team members and leaders by analyzing learning needs, designing program strategies, developing learning content, program delivery, and evaluating program outcomes
• Facilitate OD capability development for partners (including People Partners and managers) including consulting using OD, change management playbooks and other enablement materials
• Guide the development of people managers and individual contributors designing experiences using diverse delivery methods; large-scale learning sessions to micro-learning, self-paced, workshops and speaker series
• Engage with People partners and business leaders to understand needs that support future growth
• Assess people data to identify learning opportunities for programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Create programs and resources using our People IDEB strategy as a guide to grow engagement and help our employees do their best work using equitable and impactful processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You Have:
• 5 years experience in instructional design, learning and development or organizational development
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bonus Points:
• Comfortable working with and presenting to all levels of employees
• Performance Consulting skills to establish intervention goals and project roadmaps based on a design toolkit that allow you to navigate complex talent development projects
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

The base pay range for this position in Colorado, Connecticut, Washington and New Jersey is $127,400 - $172,400 yr and in New York City is $140,100 - $189,600 yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
