We are looking for an Account Executive who takes a consultative and collaborative approach in connecting with our customers. The AE will work together with their manager to evolve a successful sales lifecycle process. With hard work and dedication, there will be many opportunities to grow your career.

You will be working on selling products aimed at drastically improving the way cloud native developers work. Your impact will be felt by thousands of users at companies like Epic Games, Microsoft, PTC, Ticketmaster, Cisco and Unity Technologies. What You Will Do:
- Easily communicate the business impact of Ambassador Labs products software to both technical and business customers.
- Embrace and execute high-velocity selling methodologies.
- Drive activity using multiple channels and resources inside and outside the organization.
- Follow up with inbound lead generation and prospect within your assigned growth territory to generate new opportunities.
- Have a passion for driving customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Have managed the success, adoption and expansion of existing customers.
About You
- 3 years in SaaS or related direct field sales for a technical product, ideally targeted at developers and/or software operators.
- Passionate about technology with an entrepreneurial spirit to build a world-class sales organization.
- Excel in both personal ambition AND collaborative team work.
- Understand how technical products solve business problems and are able to work closely with multiple stakeholders to create the justification.
- Have excellent communication and closing skills, and have successfully applied these in inside sales
- You put the customer first and are an incredible problem solver always finding a way to help our technical users develop solutions to complex problems.
Nice-to-Have:
- Technical background, with a basic understanding of software delivery lifecycle, applications, infrastructure, devops, kubernetes, and/or cloud native technologies.
- Trained on STC (Selling Through Curiosity) Sales Methodology.
