Sales Enablement Specialist - Remote USA
The Sales Enablement Specialist is a multifaceted role that involves utilizing Salesforce.com expertise in both the Sales platform and the Service cloud platform to collaborate with Marketing to generate and manage leads, implementing sales enablement strategies, serving as the Salesforce Administrator, and providing training and support to the sales team and Client Solutions.
This role plays a crucial part in aligning sales, service, and marketing efforts, optimizing Salesforce usage, enhancing sales skills through comprehensive training programs, and supporting clients with Service Cloud training and dashboard management.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with Marketing to generate and manage leads from inception to close, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and initiatives with Marketing to support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Serve as a Salesforce Administrator, managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including user management, data integrity, and customization.
- Integrate lead generation activities into Salesforce, track and analyze lead data, and optimize lead management processes.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows for insightful analytics and streamlined sales processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement Salesforce enhancements for improved sales efficiency.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on Salesforce usage, best practices, and new features / functionality.
- Collaborate with the commercial learning and development team to contribute to the development of training programs aligned with sales enablement strategies.
- Conduct training programs for Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud, integrating marketing strategies, product knowledge, selling techniques, and overall sales skills, specifically tailored to support client engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support Client Solutions by providing Service Cloud training and assisting with KPI dashboard management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, sales methodologies, and Salesforce updates for continuous improvement and innovation in sales enablement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, sales enablement best practices, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and coach team members.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a sales or business environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales enablement tools / software.
- The ability to persevere and stay motivated despite encountering mediocrity or less-than-desired results.
Preferred
Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a huge plus.
