Job Description Job Description To produce an adhesive lamination of high integrity to meet customer expectations Operate machine that laminates different films together to produce packaging material Schedule: 2-2-3 Night shift 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule, where employees will have every other weekend off. Work just 3 or 4 days a week and shift schedules provided a whole calendar year in advance! Compensation: $26.01/hour $1.20/hour night shift premium available 1.5x pay on Sundays! Duties Operate Laminator to run in accordance with all written specification including manufacturing spec, customer spec, and standard operating procedure Recording and storage of retains Determine how often film samples need to be taken, prepare samples, take to QA lab for testing Shall visually inspect web for defects, which will then be flagged Changing glue filters Adjust machine specifications, pressures, equipment for each new job All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Requirements Good computer skills Good organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to interact effectively and professionally with co-workers in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs Frequent stepping up and down platforms Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending Frequent use of hands and wrists Our Expectations We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
