Platinum Home & Community Mobility, formerly Amelia Mobility and Wellness, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our medical equipment store located in Fernandina Beach, Florida. As the Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth operations within our store.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed set targets.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring a knowledgeable and friendly team.
- Train, motivate, and support store staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize overstock or shortages.
- Participate in regular sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, at some level.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and supplies is highly desirable.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A passion for working with and assisting elderly and injured navigate their challenges.
