What We’re Looking For:
As a Restaurant Manager at Amelia’s you are a critical business leader. You manage the day-to-day flow of both Front and Back of the House, build relationships with employees and customers, and implement opportunities that drive efficient and effective processes. You show exceptional leadership skills and are a detailed oriented problem solver. In addition, you work closely with the management team on venue forecasting, interviewing, hiring & training new employees, establishing best practices, and maintaining a healthy work culture.
What You’ll Do:
You are responsible for service standards, elevating the guest experience, coordinating roster, managing employees, hiring and training new staff, and venue purchasing. In addition, you manage the day-to-day flow of the venue and service, the quality control of food and beverage, and ensure a consistent experience for guests in collaboration with the General Manager to ensure the business optimizes to its highest standards.
Recommended Experience:
2 years of experience in a similar role
You bring energy, rigor, and curiosity to the role and use skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and a high degree of organization.
You have experience in Toast or other hospitality-driven technologies.
You have experience in working in demanding and fast-paced environments and are guest-oriented and service-minded.
You are a passionate and influential leader who positively communicates cross-functionally to employees and guests and leads a team to drive efficient and effective best practices through service.
You understand food & beverage best practices and local health & safety compliance regulations.
You have your Managers SafeServe certificate.
