What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator Dispatcher position at Amentum?
Amentum is currently seeking a Coordinator Dispatcher to support an IT Managed Services program for the Department of Energy. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations. The Coordinator Dispatcher will provide on-site and off-site dispatching and process support services for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems for National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia (NTESS).
Responsibilities:
- Provide procedural & process support to all of the field team, Desktop Support Units.
- Oversee the dispatching of all incoming tickets & requests.
- Distribute all tickets to the technicians & ensure that the daily queues are managed properly.
- Ensure escalated issues are handled & dispatched appropriately as defined within the support organization & service-level agreement (SLA) guidelines.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a U.S citizen
- Ability to be cleared at the TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q/L level and the ability to maintain clearance throughout the life of the contract.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience relative to the requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Clearance at the TS or DOE L level preferred.
