Ameri-Can Education Group Corp (the Company) seeks to hire an International Student Recruitment Officer. This position will also closely work with various teams in the Company and Davis College in Toledo, Ohio.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks for multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Toledo, Ohio.
Main responsibilities:
- Explore and maintain a strong and lasting partnership with international agents and feeding schools as Davis College’s domestic recruitment channels.
- Formulate and implement various recruiting campaigns, such as visiting agents, launching prospective student information sessions, and attending recruitment and outreach activities, seminars, conferences, meetings, and training events.
- Generate valid leads by leading and coaching social media (including formulating and implementing strategies on owned media, earned media, and especially paid media), as well as launching necessary 2C campaigns.
- Source and explore new cooperation opportunities with international agents, education institutes, and feeding schools by remote contact and promotion (occasionally may need international business trips for face-to-face contact and promotion) to achieve good and lasting international student recruiting channels.
- Assist admission directors to execute efficient and streamlined processes for all stages of the recruitment process (inquiry, application, assessment, offer, acceptance, visa applications, orientation, etc.).
- Maintain and utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Qualifications Required/Preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- 3 years of successful experience in fields of recruiting/business channel development/digital and field marketing within a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Ability to build strong, productive relationships with stakeholders and Line managers.
- Exposure to full life-cycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management.
- Comfortable coordination with multiple teams, including at the executive level, across multiple offices.
- Ability to implement new sourcing initiatives to increase pipeline.
- Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Occasional travel may be required
