Description
We are currently in search of an individual with exceptional customer service skills and a solid six months (or more!) of experience within the financial industry, encompassing both teller and new accounts responsibilities. As a Member Service Representative II, your role will be instrumental in assisting our valued members with a diverse range of financial services.
What your day will look like:
- Utilize your knowledge of credit union products and services to provide expert assistance to members, ensuring inquiries and transactions are handled with precision and courtesy
- Handle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our members
- Become the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing
- Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail
- Take charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cards
- Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards
- Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Showcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees
- Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessions
- Handle incoming mail, night deposit mail, western union, and bank-to-bank wires with precision
Branch Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday- 10:00am-2:00pm
The pay range:
$20.05 - $25.79.
Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time. An applicant with six months of financial institution experience (to include new accounts) can expect to start at $20.05 per hour.

Qualifications
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience working in a financial institution or related field
- Must be bondable
