American CMG (ACMG) is currently seeking a Test Administrator for a potential contract to provide support to Travis AFB, CA for test administration in the Education and Training programs offered by the Air Force.
Duties:
- A test administrator is responsible for observing and monitoring the students during examinations and related assessments.
- Test administrators discuss the procedures and rules before the test, responding to any inquiries and concerns the examinees may have.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills are essential,
- Appropriate related professional work or volunteer experience of at least one year in Air Force Education and Training programs within the last 3 years is desirable. This is a MUST HAVE.
- Knowledge of/experience with standardized educational and military testing/electronic testing programs is required.
- Knowledge of/experience with Air Force terminology, office procedures, and education programs, plus familiarity/facility with Microsoft Office programs is highly desirable.
- Complete all applicable training required to administer exams offered in the Education and Training Section. The government/ETSC and TCO will determine all testing platform training required to perform assigned duties and all applicable tests/exams (paper/computer -based).
