What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative/Sales position at American Design and Build, Ltd.?
American Sentry Solar is looking for multiple individuals who are sales-driven and money-motivated to give virtual solar sales presentations and close deals while explaining our company's product offerings and packages. LEADS PROVIDED!
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with Solar leads and conduct exciting presentations to get homeowners invested in our products.
- Conduct outbound calls to market American Sentry Solar to potential homeowners.
- Foster a positive relationship with customers to build trust while growing a pipeline of new business and referrals.
- Ensure a clean post-sale while remaining as the point of contact for the homeowner for any and all questions and concerns.
- Ensure accurate input of all information into CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- High level of communication.
- Experience using computers, cell phones, and other virtual contact methods.
- Engaging and outgoing personality.
- Must be able to work in Bel Air, MD.
What's in it for you:
- $55,000 - $125,000 average compensation.
- $15 per hour base pay for the first month then 100% uncapped commission.
