PositionOverview :

• Equipment : Operate53 refrigerated trailers on a dedicatedaccount.
• Freight : 100% no touch freight featuring drop and hook and live storeload / unloads.
• Schedule : Weekly home time ensuring a minimum 34hourreset.
• Operation : 7day operation with weekends not guaranteedoff.
• Work ScheduleOptions : Choose between a 5day work week (personalvehicle required for terminal travel) or a 6day work week (take thetruckhome).
• Mileage : Average 1700 miles per week.

Pay &Benefits :

• Competitive MileagePay : Earn $0.69 to $0.81 per mile plus a $1000 payguarantee.
• TrainingPay : $650 available for drivers with less than 6months OTR / Regionalexperience.
• AdditionalIncentives : $10 for the first stop $15 for eachadditional stop and $25 for short hauls under 50miles.
• Average WeeklyEarnings : Approximately$1500.
• MonthlyBonus : $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8200 miles withno accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuelefficiency.

TraineeProgram :

• Training Duration : Trainees will complete a comprehensive 46 week mentorship with anexperienced OTR driver before transitioning to solodriving.

DriverRequirements :

• Education : Musthave graduated from an accredited truck driving school with aminimum of 120hours.
• Age : Minimum 21 years old with a valid Cl ACDL.
• DrivingRecord : Must have a clean driving record with nomajor accidents serious tickets or suspensions in the last 5years.
• EmploymentHistory : Solid 10year work history with nosignificant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in thelast year or 1 year in the last 3 yearsmaximum).
• BackgroundCheck : No DUIs felonies or misdemeanors within thelast 5 years.
• DrugScreening : Must p both urine and hair preemploymentdrug screens.
