Company Information:

TexMex Rentals and Services is located in Hobbs, NM, and provides oilfield solutions to the Permian basin and beyond. TexMex offers a wide range of oilfield support services including ASME Welding, vacuum trucks, winch trucks, hot oilers, dirt work, and site remediation.

Under broad direction, uses operational business knowledge to make tactical/operational decisions and coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within day-to-day operations. Responsible for the day-to-day customer service inquires and problems via the telephone, email and/or face to face interactions at the field site to enhance our organization's brand image.

Position Overview:

The Fleet Specialist will work collaboratively with operations and operations support teams to identify and implement solutions and opportunities to streamline processes, monitoring and maintenance of our extensive fleet at TexMex Rentals.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license and acceptable MVR
• Minimum of two (2) years in a fleet role/transportation/or asset management role
• Working knowledge and experience in automotive parts applications
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office
• Ability to learn internal maintenance and purchasing system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work inside and outside in inclement weather
• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to clear/pass all pre-employment screening, testing and job relevant hiring requirements
• Receipt of proof of eligibility to work in the United Sates as required by law
