Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating large strategic programs from initiation through to implementation. Leads cross-functional program teams and works with business partners to determine and interpret business requirements into technology solutions. Responsible for managing program costs, resources, change requests, risk and issues to ensure that maximum business benefit maintained as well as provision of regular program status updates. Certification requirement: Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification (eg. Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association). Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects, that may span a broad range of systems and enterprise-wide components. Communicates with Delivery Directors, Portfolio Management and Business Partners with regard to program strategy, direction and changes. Facilitates potential development solutions by working with Business Partners and senior level Architects to determine technology solutions that align with business strategies and IT strategic directions. Develops the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans and ensures that scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders. Ensures that the supporting Business Case is updated throughout the course of delivery and works with the business to ensure business case objectives are met.
- Facilitate and Leads the Team Execution
- Drives team/release level processes demonstrating servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge and technical savvy.
- Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness.
- Ensures dependency alignment across teams.
- Execute the Program Increment (PI) objectives to support the strategy, vision and road map
- Ensure value is achieved by the team on behalf of end users.
- Works with the product owner to develop a prioritize team backlog.
- Collaborates with other Technical Project Managers (TPM) to coordinate cross-team dependencies and other teams within the organization.
- Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics.
- Raises impediments, handles risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
- Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration.
- Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams.
- Track and measure user story execution.
- Manages external relationships, e.g. product or vendor partners. Technical Skills
- Assist with maintaining Central applications and disaster recovery plans and resolving information security vulnerabilities.
- Understand the team’s technical platforms and applications.
- Facilitate solution technical alignment discussions. Leadership and Coaching
- Coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
- Encourage diversity of thought and demonstrate an open mindset.
- Foster a culture of trust and leadership in others.
- Champion a learning culture to drive continuous improvements and standardization.

- Inspires collaboration and quality practices between system architects, Agile teams, and product teams.

- Ensures data integrity for the team within the Agile Management tools
Please note, Salary increases in case of a lateral move are provided only on an exception basis and in line with compensation guidelines.

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility
- Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec.
- Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages a plus.
- Strong servant-leadership skills.
- Shown ability to deliver complex software features iteratively and reliably.
- Deep understanding of SAFe or iterative development processes, including quality and testing best practices.
- Possess a high degree of technical savvy, with a keen ability to learn new technology quickly and easily.
