Job Description:

Become an integral part of the Steve Norrington Agency, LLC, affiliated with American Family Insurance, located in Mosinee & Stratford, WI!

As a sales representative, you'll be equipped to master the local market, uncover new business prospects, and employ consultative selling strategies that make a difference. This role offers competitive commissions as part of its compensation structure.

Position Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma (Minimum), supplemented by some College (Preferred)
• Experience: Two years in a sales-driven environment, showcasing skills in marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, crafting quotes, and delivering impactful presentations
• Licensing: Prior possession of a Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory before employment. Licensing costs will be reimbursed post successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
