Responsibilities include processing and packaging mobile food orders. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate POS to ring up orders quickly and accurately.
- Receive payments including cash, debit, credit, mobile and other payments where applicable.
- Balance POS system at beginning and end of each shift.
- Menu knowledge, ability to provide recommendations and up sell when able.
- Greet, assist, and provide friendly customer service to all guests.
- During peak business times step in to support your team with preparation, catering and delivery as needed.
- Tasks may include clearing trash, restock product, clean, and maintain workstation and general area neatness.
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior cashier and POS experience in retail or food service environment preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
- This position requires lifting 50lbs, bending, walking, climb stairs, and standing for scheduled shift.
