American Gypsum is hiring for a Laborer for the Utility department as a Full-Time job in Duke, Oklahoma.
The Utility Department Laborer will have the primary function and responsibility to keep the plant and yard clean. The Laborer will use a variety of tools and methods in order to ensure the quality and safety of the worksite. Laborers are offered on-the-job training and support to ensure they are well-suited to do a great job.
Laborer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Keep the plant and yard clean.
- Using Forklifts, sweepers, lawn mowers, brooms, shovels, gas powered trimmers, garden hoses, squeegee, mop, and paintbrushes to clean and maintain the warehouse.
- Laborer will be responsible for also being available to fill in elsewhere where needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Work well with others in cooperative situations.
- Physical demands require standing, walking, lifting up to 100lbs, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Environment for the Laborer can be inside or outside, hot or cold, dry or raining, windy or dusty. It depends on season and weather.
- Noise level 70-102 decibels.
