Service Coordinator Position
Job Description:
American Home Design, Nashville's #1 Home Improvement Company, is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator for our RainSoft division at our office in Goodlettsville, TN (15 minutes north of Nashville).
Our Service Coordinator works with the RainSoft customers by scheduling appointments for service and maintenance on their water filtration system. This position ensures that our service techs have a full and efficient work schedule each day in the Middle TN & East TN market. Most of the service appointments come from incoming phone calls, at times emails and outbound texts or phone calls to customers are needed to fill in the holes in the service schedule.
Job Requirements:
American Home Design is looking for someone who has at least 3-5 years of experience in direct customer service.Someone who enjoys speaking to customers on the phone and provides excellent customer service, that views an unhappy customer as a challenge, not a headache.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm (possibly 7am-4pm).
