Ask Dave is Honda’s virtual chatbot. The purpose and function of the Ask Dave Administrator position is to assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Ask Dave team, which involves working with IBM's Watson technology to help integrate it into various AHM departments, including Campaigns and Tech Support, as well as to enhance and expand its capabilities, and will also oversee Watson programming, coding, system training, reporting, case management and personnel.

- Leading Ask Dave team, ensuring daily activities are completed including reporting, training, and case management
- Training Watson Assistant (WA) and Watson Discover Service (WDS)
- Reviewing daily Ask Dave chat transcripts, calculating chat success, and reviewing TREAD reporting
- Creating new content (answer units) for Ask Dave application and programming/coding Watson
- Generating ideas and leading projects to help enhance the Ask Dave application
- Communicating with HNA Legal, Sales, IBM and other vendors
- Coordinating or attending AHM and IBM meetings and working sessions, as well as those with other vendors
- Developing slide decks and presenting on Ask Dave application
We are looking for qualified people and diverse background and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic, to bring the future to Honda as an Ask Dave Administrator, you must have:
BA/BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years in a Call Center environment, preferably automotive/customer service industry
General automotive, campaign and IQS knowledge preferred
Knowledge of IBM Watson Assistant (WA) and Watson Discovery Service (WDS) preferred
Proficiency in CRRS, Interactive Network, eVRM
Excellent analytical skills
Attention to detail
Excellent writing skills
Demonstrate ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material at all levels
Knowledge of TREAD requirements and reporting
HTML and JSON coding skills a plus
Excellent customer service skills required
