Job Summary: Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment? The Hotel Night Auditor works 11pm - 7am and attends to the hotel and guests’ needs, included, but not limited to registration, checkout, and cashiering.

As a Hotel Night Auditor you have the responsible to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:
- Assisting hotel guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Check hotel guests in and out, post hotel guest charges and collect payments.
- Close out the business day and compile data for end of day reports.
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
- Be a great communicator to management and other hotel departments on guest comments and concerns. Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Cover other areas of hotel as needed.
- Document any hotel or guest issues by completing the required report forms.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
- Attention to detail and organized
