What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Scheduler position at American Leak Detection of Utah?
We are looking for someone to join our small work-family in Kaysville, Utah!
This is a Full-Time Receptionist position with hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm Mon-Fri, with an hour lunch.
Responsibilities would include: answering the incoming phone calls & emails, giving pricing to customers, answering the customer's questions about our services, scheduling appointments with customers, typing up job work orders, taking payments, assisting technicians who are in the field, and assisting the office manager as needed.
There are no customers onsite. All contact with customers is over the phone or by email, so dress code in the office is business casual.
Pay is $14.00 to $15.00 / Hour, DOE.
This position can get extremely fast paced at times in our busy seasons and therefore does require someone who is extremely organized, detail oriented, fast at typing, an excellent multitasker, dependable, and someone who is comfortable speaking with customers. We are looking for an individual who is interested in long-term employment with our company.
