In this role, you will prospect for new business daily utilizing our company provided CRM which includes a list of pre-qualified leads in your geographical area. Various other company resources such as an in-house advertising team, and a call center are available to you to complement your prospecting efforts.
You will have a positive effect on the lives of business owners, the businesses themselves, their employees, and the communities where they reside. By successfully executing in your role, you are not only well compensated, but respected and held in high esteem by business owners, mayors of cities where the businesses reside, and your peers as the expert business assistance resource in your community.
Outline of Daily Routine:
- Start and end your workday from home (90% or more of the time)
- Prospect using various methods such as phone, email, social media, cold calling, networking events, etc., to set your own face-to-face appointments.
- Professionally challenge business owners to want to do better (stepping out of your comfort zone)
- Attend small business networking groups/meetings such as Chamber of Commerce, Vistage, and trade groups.
- Close sales while meeting face to face with prospects
- Continuously stay in contact with prospects in your pipeline to provide value, build trust and move closer to a sale
We are looking for self-motivated and results driven salespeople!
Our ideal applicant must be self-assured and knowledgeable. This role requires an understanding of multiple facets included in business operations. You must be confident conversing with business owners (C-level executives), as well as presenting yourself as an accomplished professional.
- 10 years of face-to-face B2B sales experience
- Track Record of Sales Success
- BS in Psychology or BA in Business or Minimum of 5 years as a Business Owner
- Experience Networking, Prospecting and Building a Pipeline
- Exceptional "Can Do, Whatever it Takes" Attitude
- Professional, Courteous, and Captivating
- Consultative Sales Model
- Organized with Efficient Time Management
- Compassion and Desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Local Daily Travel, within an assigned territory
