Currently seeking a licensed Administrator for a nursing home facility located in Amesbury, MA

Salary ranges up to $165K depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.

Requirements of the Administrator:

    • •    Must have a valid MA Administrator license
    • •    Must have prior experience as an Administrator in long term care
    • •    Self-starter and energetic
    • •    Proven Leadership & Management Skills
    • •    Strong verbal & written communication skills
