Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Medical Laboratory Manager at our Carthage, MO location. The Medical Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the laboratory, including managing a team, ensuring quality control, coordinating testing procedures, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Medical Laboratory Manager will be involved in training staff and providing technical support as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in medical laboratory testing and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of laboratory quality control standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Training and mentoring experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with laboratory information systems is a plus
