Job Summary
As a Coordinator, Human Resources & Reception at AMC theatres, your primary objective is to create an exceptional first impression for our associates and visitors at our corporate office, the Theatre Support Center (TSC). You will maintain a warm and professional reception environment, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued. Additionally, the position provides ad hoc project-based support to the Associate Experience and broader Human Resources teams.
This position is based in Leawood, KS and is not eligible for relocation.

What you will be doing:
Greet and welcome associates and guests with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.
Check in guests upon arrival, ensuring proper security practices are followed.
Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Coordinate and perform the clerical and customer service tasks of the reception area.
Direct Office Services vendors to locations for TSC equipment repairs and ensure vendors complete repairs before departure.
Provide administrative and ad hoc project-based support for the Associate Experience and Human Resources teams, including coordinating meetings, providing presentation support, processing mail, and assisting with expense reporting.
Support in arranging HR Leadership team-oriented functions.
Perform other administrative duties as needed and assigned.
What we need from you:
2 years of customer service, administrative, or related experience.
Knowledgeable of administrative support and customer service best practices and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated patience, courtesy, and professionalism, coupled with a high-energy, creative personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and independently implement resolutions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
What we also value (preferred):
Some college education.
Experience in human resources and/or corporate communications.
Prior armed guard and/or law enforcement experience.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating initiative and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
