Position: Branch Office Manager (Non-Supervisory)
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Office Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily operations of our branch location, overseeing general office activities and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and expedite sales and rental orders efficiently.
- Assist with billing and collection procedures to maximize revenue and cash flow.
- Coordinate purchase orders with vendors, ensuring timely ordering and delivery.
- Establish and maintain deadlines and checks and balances to facilitate the communication of payroll and human resources-related information to the corporate office.
- Manage office supply inventory and handle basic administrative tasks, including answering phones, faxing, and mailing.
- Collaborate with the corporate office to reconcile financial data and operational activities.
Job Requirements:
- AA in Business/Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Two to five years of office management experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
