Accounts Payable Clerk

American Pool is a fast-paced commercial swimming pool management, maintenance, and construction company with offices all over the United States. We are looking for a detail- oriented, hard-working Accounts Payable clerk that can maintain and coordinate accounts payable records for multiple locations.

Salary:

• $38,000-$43,000/yr
• Employee type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Processing and reviewing supplies invoices
• General ledger coding
• Processing and mailing checks
• Processing employee expenses
• Processing customer refunds
• Month-end supplies reconciliation

Abilities required

• At least two years of prior related AP experience
• Team members must be detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy
• Must be able to multi-task, to take initiative, and be able to work independently
• Strong accountability and integrity
• Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
• Experience with Workday Financial or other similar computer accounting package is a plus
• Experience with Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs

Hours/Schedule:

• Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
• Overtime eligible
• This position is on-site
• Pay is bi-weekly
