What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at American Sleep Medicine?

Office Manager needed for a fast paced sleep diagnostic center located in San Diego, CA. Ideal candidate will have excellent employee management skills and excellent communication skills.

Position oversees the day-to-day operations of the medical office including employee/patient relations, customer service, training and education, facilities management, timesheet management, and site performance reports. Collects, interprets, and reports data to facilitate effective office management. The Office Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of operations involving clinical and non-clinical staff in the office including hiring and recommendations for firing staff in collaboration with the Area Manager and HR. Must have excellent Microsoft Office Applications knowledge and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
