Non-Commission Security Officer

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and enforce security protocols.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential threats or suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining visitor logs
- Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings and providing detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing them with accurate information and assistance
- Maintain a strong presence to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Must have Non Commission License/Must have Driver License
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Must be available to pass random drug testing
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Prior security experience in is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
